Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
    •    Item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
    •    Item must be returned in original condition
    •    All original packaging and documentation must be included
    •    Item must pass inspection upon return

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery and the item must be shipped back within that 14-day period.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their custom nature. These include:
    •    Custom or made-to-order jewelry
    •    Rings created using our ring builder
    •    Jewelry set with a selected diamond
    •    Mounted or set diamonds
    •    Items made to a specific ring size
    •    Engraved or personalized jewelry
    •    Special-order items
    •    Clearance or promotional items

Once production or stone allocation has begun, these orders cannot be canceled or returned.

Loose Diamonds

Loose diamonds purchased as standalone, unmounted stones may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unmounted, unaltered, and accompanied by their original grading report.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number. A return authorization may be required before sending an item back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping and insurance costs are responsibility of the customer.   Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  We recommend using a secure and fully insured shipping method for all returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
