Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

All jewelry purchases include a 12-month Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:
    •    Defective settings or mounting issues
    •    Loose stones due to workmanship defects
    •    Structural issues caused by manufacturing errors

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:
    •    Normal wear and tear
    •    Bent, worn, or damaged prongs
    •    Broken or stretched chains
    •    Lost or chipped stones
    •    Damage caused by impact, misuse, or accidents
    •    Damage caused by improper care
    •    Third-party repairs, resizing, or modifications
    •    Theft or loss

INSPECTION & WARRANTY CLAIMS
    •    Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
    •    Items must be returned for inspection before warranty service is approved
    •    Proof of purchase is required
