Our Lifetime Diamond Upgrade & Care program is designed to protect your purchase, provide flexibility for the future, and ensure your jewelry is cared for long after the initial purchase.

Lifetime Diamond Upgrade
Any diamond purchased from 5C Diamond Group is eligible for our lifetime upgrade program. Receive 100% of your original diamond purchase value toward a new diamond of greater value.

• Original diamond must be purchased from 5cdiamond.com.  The Diamond must be registered and approved for future upgrade at time of purchase.  Diamonds not registered within 30 days of purchase will not be eligible.
• Original IGI or GIA certification required
• Diamond must be in original condition
• New diamond must be a minimum of 100% greater in value

Complimentary First Ring Resizing
We include one complimentary ring resizing within the first 12 months of purchase to ensure a perfect fit.

Long-Term Care & Inspections
Lifetime prong inspections, cleaning, and professional guidance are available to help protect your diamond and setting over time.

Upgrade & Reset Options
In many cases, an existing setting may be modified to accommodate a new center stone during an upgrade. If reuse is not structurally recommended, we will guide you through the most cost-effective reset options.

Complimentary services include lifetime prong inspections and professional cleanings. For mail-in service, clients are responsible for insured shipping to and from our workshop.

We are happy to coordinate inspections during resizing, upgrades, or other service visits whenever possible.
