Are your diamonds certified?
All of our diamonds are certified by the GIA and the IGI. The two leading grading labs in the industry. Don't be fooled by companies with in-house grading, message us to learn more.
What's the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
The primary difference is origin and price. They share the same physical, chemical, and optical properties, and both are graded using the same standards. Lab-grown diamonds typically offer exceptional value while natural diamonds carry rarity due to their geological formation.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Yes, all of our diamonds come with the original certificate from the GIA or IGI.
How do I find my ring size?
There is a few ways to do this. They offer many different at home ring sizers - many found on amazon or Measure an existing ring you own. Professional help is always best. We can assist by chat or you can visit a local store and have it checked.
Can I get my jewelry resized?
Yes, most rings can be resized. Resizing depends on the design, metal type, and how much the size needs to change. Some styles such as eternity bands or intricate designs - may have limitations.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
If your ring doesn't fit contact us soon as possible. We'll review resizing options or next steps based on your specific ring and timeframe. Custom and made-to-order pieces may be subject to resizing fees.

How do I clean and care for my jewelry?
We recommend routine cleaning and inspection to keep your jewelry looking its best. Remove jewelry during heavy activity, cleaning, or exposure to harsh chemicals. Professional inspections help ensure stones remain secure over time.
Should I remove my jewelry when showering or swimming?
Yes we recommend removing all jewelry before showering or swimming. Chlorine and saltwater can dull metals over time.
Do you offer cleaning or repair services?
We do offer in-house cleaning and repairs.
Ordering & Shipping
In-stock items typically ship within 1-5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional time, which will be communicated at time of checkout. Delivery time can vary by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured while in transit until delivery is confirmed.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We are glad to wrap it. Purchases come in a nice gift packaging (black silk bag), but custom wapping may be done as an upgrade.
