We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully, as return eligibility depends on the type of item ordered.

1. LOOSE DIAMONDS (UNMOUNTED) — 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
Loose diamonds purchased as standalone, unmounted stones may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for return:
• Diamond must be unmounted and unaltered
• Original grading report must be included
• Diamond must be returned in original condition and pass inspection
• Return authorization must be requested within 15 days of delivery
• Approved returns must be received within 7 days of authorization
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection.
Shipping, insurance, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

2. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY — FINAL SALE
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Rings created through our ring builder
• Jewelry set with a selected diamond
• Items made to a specific ring size
• Custom pendants or settings
• Engraved or personalized items
Once production or stone allocation has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or returned.

3. MOUNTED OR SET DIAMONDS — FINAL SALE
Any diamond that has been mounted, set, or installed into jewelry is considered a custom item and is final sale, even if the diamond was previously eligible for return as a loose stone.

4. READY-TO-SHIP JEWELRY (NON-CUSTOM)
Non-custom, ready-to-ship jewelry may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and inspection.
Conditions:
• Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Item must pass inspection before a refund is issued
Shipping, insurance, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

5. RESIZING
One complimentary resizing may be offered on select rings at our discretion.
Resizing does not make an item returnable and does not convert a final-sale item into a returnable item.

6. DAMAGE, DEFECTS, OR SHIPPING ISSUES
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos and original packaging documentation may be required. Do not attempt repairs without authorization.
We will assess the issue and determine eligibility for repair or replacement.

7. REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

The following are always final sale:
• Custom or made-to-order jewelry
• Mounted or set diamonds
• Resized or engraved items
• Special-order items
• Clearance or promotional items
